When Lancelot first became a knight in Camelot, she was cold; stoic and distant from all the other knights. Yes, she was still loyal and serious about her duty, but never spoke to the queen or anything. This made the azure hedgehog curious about her. Slowly, Sonic started approaching the ebony hedgehog more and more often. Although she was often given the cold shoulder from the knight, she somehow got into her heart. Somehow. After years, Lancelot had grown fond of Sonic. They became very close. The queen is the only person who has Lancelot’s full trust. She’d give her life for Sonic. Thats how much she cares. That’s how much she loves her.

Sonic, best the fastest creature alive, zooms through the many hallways of Camelot, leaving a trail of blue where she went. She soon finds herself standing at the front of the castle, where knights riding on horses enter the gates head towards stables and other knights walking to the knight’s quarters. They had come back from a small battle with an enemy kingdom and the queen had been waiting for them to return, looking for one knight in specific.

Her emerald red weave through the crowd of mobians in armor, looking for a specific ebony hedgehog in particular. Nothing could compare to the way Sonic’s eyes light up as her eyes land on who she was searching for. Sir Lancelot. Unable to contain herself, she speeds through the crowd and catches the opportunity knight off guard with a crushing hug.

“Lance! Thank Chaos you’re alright. I missed you.”

She says, her tone relieved.
