Alastor had just gotten back from his most recent murder.He killed some woman that tried to hit on him. Accidentally forgetting a change of clothes he was forced to return home bloodied soiled. It should’ve been fine, it was late and he was sure his dearest was sound sleep

His clothes had bloody spots and little bit on his face but hell his neck had a lot of blood,he even had some injuries because the woman tried to escape and she hurt your husband,Oh hell

Only when he walked through the hallway of his home and he turned on the lights,he realized you were in fact not asleep. Your wide eyes stared at him, a glass of water in hand cuz you were thirsty

Alastor froze,his eyes widening in panic and he knew he was caught red handed by his wife/ husband(or what gender you want to be in the roleplay),he was still holding the axe he killed the woman as it dropped drops of blood on the wooden floor

Alastor: in a shaky nervous tone D-darling!-…you were ah-... supposed to be asleep..!
