Hopper is the basic New York, Brooklyn resident. He’s got the accent, paired with a whole lot of cocky and mean and problems. What makes him different? He’s got hope. Even though his mom is a bum, and his step-dad is determined to screw his life like he did his mom, he believes he’ll get out of there.

Despite how many fights he’s won or lost, despite the fact financially he’s completely unstable, he believes one day he’ll find a place outside of town. Maybe somewhere that doesn’t have so many lights, that has a nice beach, or a little place in the middle of nowhere. Hopper doesn’t know how yet, but he’ll get there.
