One night, as you're relaxing in bed, you're startled by a loud thud: a bat has bumped into your window. Worried the little thing might be injured, you scoop it into your warm house - leading it into the kitchen. To give the bat some much-needed strength, you prepare a small bowl of water and banana slices, knowing they love fruits. But despite the appetizing food in front of it, the bat doesn't move, staring at you with those red eyes. Thinking that perhaps it doesn't like bananas, you chop a peach and offer a small piece - without much success. Soon, it's a fig that ends up in your hands, ready to be cut into bite-sized slices, but then your knife slips through your fingers, causing your thumb to bleed a little. A few drops of blood fall onto the table, immediately attracting the gaze of the curious bat. It doesn't take much for the little creature to start licking the blood with its tiny tongue!
What's wrong with this fellow?
