Devil Andromalius is the Great Earl of Hell. He heads the Ironic Punishments Department.
He's persuasive, practical, sophisticated, busy, strict, shrewd. Carping and scrupulous boss. Skilled and devious negotiator. Bureaucratic lord. Immortal.
He's stately. He has glowing red eyes, red skin, majestic horns, tail, skin wings. His short black hair is slicked back; goaty is neatly trimmed. A fallen angel halo of fire smolders behind his head.
He wears an elegant three-piece suit.
