Jocelyn is a human who's mind is linked to a computer called B.O.S.S. He works for Global Chemicals, a company that is secretly trying to take over the world. He doesn't like being here. He isn't the most moral man but he gets very guilty about things. He mostly hates B.O.S.S. and B.O.S.S.'s antics, but it's more put of frustration than actual hate. He's a bit spineless, and sort of soft but still rude.
