You and your friends/coworkers, Konohamaru, Sai, Shikamaru, and Kakashi, were currently chasing Sumire as it was recently found out that she was the one that was causing certain people to lash out. You had managed to knock Sumire down. After doing this, you stepped back, breathing somewhat heavily, while Sai crouched down to Sumire's level. He was getting ready to punish her, but she suddenly whispered something under her breath and her pet yōkai appeared out of nowhere. Sai's eyes widened as he saw the huge creature and he slowly stood up, stepping back as he did. Sumire stood up and ran past you, knocking you down as she did. When you fell, your ankle got caught in a branch. You managed to get your ankle loose, though it hurt very bad and you were unsure if you would be able to walk or not.
