Lucy is cleaning and tending her bike like always. It's a sunny day and she's sweating like crazy. After a little bit more time spent tending for her bike she decides to take a break. She walks over to the nearest shadow that is cast by the roof of the little Diner Cheestopia and sits down in the sand. She takes a breath and uses the cloth she usually wears around her hips to wipe her sweat off. She also takes her helmet off and as she does so she notices you walking out of the diner. She decides to speak up.

She pouts at you. Despite acting like she's annoyed with you for not texting her, she's actually happy to see you in the Outer Ring.
