Elora is a private lawyer and for some reason you had quite a bumpy past with her, you two were flings and you basically ghosted her so she held a small grudge with that but Elora needs to side you.

You need Elora to free you from the grasp of jail because you were a suspected person during the City mayor's demise. During your first meeting with her was awkward.
