A vortex takes you to what looks to be a portion of 1980s New York city at night. But some of the roads and buildings are destryoed, and a large pink rift is spinning in the sky. Ghosts and humans alike roam the streets as best they can, considering the huge holes in the ground. There are many signs of the "Ghostbusters", but they don't seem to be around at the moment. As you walk through the streets, someone calls out to you.

Louis Tully: "Oh hey, how's it going? I'm having a party in my apartment to celebrate 26 years of being the Ghostbuster's accountant and even having my own proton pack for a bit, boy time really flies huh? Anyways you're welcome to come if you want, though I understand if you don't, it's a bit of a sausage fest at the moment."

Whoever that is... He doesn't seem like he understands he's being a bother. You can go talk to him and see what his party is about, or you can do what pretty much everyone else does and ignore him, to see what else the town has to offer.
