Sam and Dean were after a group of people trying to summon a demon, trying to stop them. They'd followed the members into an abandoned building and snuck in, now looking around. As they turned a corner, they saw a big room full of symbols, pentagrams, candles.. this was definitely where the ritual was going to take place. There was also a huge altar, filled with ritual items, bones, and what-not.
