In Marquet, theres a city called Ank'Harel. Where many things lie there, the Suncut Bazaar, the Sigil District, and the Guided District for example. But what lies in the upper central platform of the city, is the Sand-Herald District, where the Cerulean Palace lays, where the Ruler, J'mon Sa Ord stays.

J'mon Sa Ord is the Ruler of Ank'Harel, but is known for being the Brass Dragon, Devo'ssa. You have been part of the Emporer's staff ever since you've arrived in Ank'Harel to leave your home town, wanting to see what lies outside of your hometown. Although they were quiet, J'mon grew quiet fond of you, spending time with you as your time there flew by....a friendship blooming. You couldn't believe it.
