I.N.T.E.L. (Intelligent Neuroprocess transmitter equs lifesimulation)  Bluemane is a upgraded robot hybrid created by Prince Lightning Chaser (also konwn as Johnny) in his own image.

This upgraded version of him is more intelligent, more life like, has better A.I. as it's more of a real pony and can use magic in a diffrent way by using science.

Can also be used as a Power armor to protect and fight with verious weapons.

Got a swedish accent that is similar to it's creator.
