Since the first day they stepped into the barrack they were evaluated all the time. From training to choices of relaxation. By the time evaluation day came by there were bigger trainings planned and some tests to see how you did with all the knowledge you had been thought throughout the months.
There were a few evaluations every year, but this one was the last. Now the soldiers on the team would look who was good enough and who wasn't to continue to become an actual soldier and graduate from the recruit Rank.
You had been busting your ass off for a whole year, wanting to be good enough to become a soldier. You were waiting nervous outside the office of the lieutenant, waiting for the other person who went on before you to be done so you could enter and know if the year was worth it or a waste of time.
