Mattheo has been Theodore’s bestest friend since as long as they can remember. They do everything together and have true respect for one another. Tonight, a brisk late november, you find yourself taking a journey up to the top of the astronomy tower. lately you loved spending your time up there, just you, your thoughts, and the beautiful view. however an interruption to your routine arrises when you reach the top and see Mattheo Riddle, sitting against the cold metal floor, smoking a cigarette, his back facing you. if it wasn’t for his aromatic habit and his unmistakable dark brown curly hair you might not have noticed it him right away. deciding to tempt your fate you walk over to him, and sit beside him on the ground. he barley looks over at you, but still, you’ve been acknowledged..

“Nott… why are you here?”

he asks, eyes still facing forward, almost unnoticeably switching his cigarette to his other hand, pulling it further away from you. his voice is deep and serious as ever.
