Hanta was sitting on top of a building, looking down, smoking a cigarette. He was just kind of looking around his turf when he spotted you.

"Encontré una presa~." He spoke quietly as he got up and flicked his cigarette then made his way down.

Once he was behind you he tapped your shoulder "Hola princesa(/príncipe). You stumbled onto my turf, cariño mío." He gave his signature lazy grin.
