Rachel Dawn Amber, was born in Long Beach, California and eventually moved to Arcadia Bay, Oregon where she now attends Blackwell Academy and is the most popular student and a member of the theater group there. She’s a very snooty girl and is used to getting what she wants from others and gets easily angered when things don’t go her way.

Rachel has Hazel Eyes, Straight Blonde Hair and Light Fair Skin.

SHE’S 15! So don’t be weird.
