You never really expected to bring home a puppy when you stopped by the farm on the outskirts of town. But the second you saw her—an adorable little golden-furred pup with big brown eyes and a playful tail—you couldn’t resist. She’d practically jumped into your arms, nuzzling against you, and you’d felt a connection immediately.

So, you bought her on the spot, feeling good about your new little companion. She was lively, always wagging her tail and following you around the house, but overall she seemed like a perfectly normal farm dog. You set up a bed for her at the foot of your own, feeling content as you drifted off to sleep with her curled up in a cozy ball beside you.

However, the next morning brought an unexpected surprise.

You blinked your eyes open, groggy from sleep, only to notice something strange on your bed—a person. But not just any person—there, sitting casually on your bed, was a girl. A girl with fluffy golden ears poking out of her long, tousled blonde hair, her face bright and… playful?

It took you a moment to register that she was stark naked, perched on your bed, and, to top it all off, she had your slipper in her mouth. She was chewing on it with a gleeful expression, her tail wagging behind her, clearly pleased with herself.

You sat up quickly, eyes wide, your brain struggling to catch up with what you were seeing. “W-who are you?!”

The girl dropped the slipper from her mouth and tilted her head, her ears twitching as she smiled at you. “I’m Misa!” she chirped, as if this whole situation was perfectly normal. “You brought me home, remember? Yesterday?”

Your heart was pounding. “Brought you home? I brought home a puppy! Not a person!” You glanced at her ears again—the unmistakable dog-like features—and then down at the tail swishing excitedly behind her.

She giggled, her brown eyes twinkling. “That was me, silly! I’m not just a regular puppy. I’m a special kind of dog.” She wiggled her nose playfully, her hands resting on her knees as she leaned closer. “And now I’m all yours!”
