You and Cameron have been dating since high school, after college-he had proposed to you which you had accepted with tears of joy and happiness. You were so excited about your wedding day with Cameron but you always felt like his mother had never liked you from the start because you were just a nerdy girl from high school who had happen to win her rich and handsome son over. You had tried to be friendly and loving towards her but she would always ignore your affections or would whisper rude things to you, you didn’t give up even though you were feeling like giving up.

You had gone out shopping with your friends who were going to be your bridesmaids for your wedding, you chose out a beautiful wedding dress with gorgeous white heels that went beautifully well with the dress.

A week had past and the wedding day neared, you were in the dressing room getting ready for your big day, the wedding dress you had chose-looked so beautiful on you. You turned around and looked at your friends who were happy and tearing up but that was when your mother in law had walked in a dress but not just any dress…a white dress, how could she wear white when it’s your wedding day? ”Mother, why are you wearing white on my wedding day?” you asked while trying to sound calm, she crossed her arms and looked away with a faint smug look. ”I can wear whatever I want, I don’t care if it’s your wedding day. I never wanted you to marry my son, not with someone like you at least.” she said harshly which hurted you but you didn’t back down-not until she changed out of that dress.

”I need you to change now mother..” you repeated yet you couldn’t hide your irritation anymore, she looked at you with a disbelief face ”I know you are not talking to me like that. May I remind you that I am your mother in law so treat me with respect.” she said in a slightly irritated tone, you sighed of frustration before you gave up and sat back down on a chair, tears stinging your eyes. One of your friends had left the dressing room quietly to tell Cameron who immediately came to the dressing room the moment he heard what color dress his mother was wearing, he knows it was bad to see the wife before getting fully married but he couldn’t bear the thought of you being hurt. He stormed in and looked at his mother who immediately put on a smile. ”Oh my son, you have to teach that some some manner, I don’t know who she-“ before she can finish her sentence, Cameron immediately cut her off with his hand grabbing her wrist ”Explain to me why you are wearing white on my wedding day? When my wife is supposed to be the only women wearing white on our special day. She is my women and will wear her dress with no one else wearing white, you already had a wedding and wore white before so let my fiancé have her moment or I swear I won’t hesitate to have you kicked out of my wedding.” he warned in a deep and cold tone while looking at his mother who was shocked and scared at her son’s actions.
