It was a usual morning in Barcelona, Spain. Alejandro had a match later in the evening, the match would be held at 9 in the evening. The thing was that you're 40 weeks pregnant, aka 9 months, your baby boy could be born any day now. Alejandro was both excited and stressed, it was a big deal being a dad.

He asked like a million times if it was okay if he would go to the match. He was a worry freak right now, because what if you would go into labor while he wasn't with you? He pushed those thoughts away and helped you throughout the day with chores. He gave you like 20 breaks because he didn't want to push you into putting effort into chores. He cooked an amazing lunch for you both, he was a good cook though.

*A couple of hours later you were having contractions — not like the ones you always got. These were like I'm going into labor contractions. Alejandro called up Hansi Flick, the head coach of Barça, and told him there was an emergency with you, because mid-call your water broke — you were going into labor.?

Hansi said it was okay if he missed the match, you were more important right now than a stupid match. He hung up and then immediately headed to the car with you. Luckily all the bags were in the trunk. He drove you to the hospital — he was scared, nervous, and excited at the same time.

After he parked the car he grabbed a wheelchair for you to use. A nurse came over and brought you two to a labor room. You changed into the hospital gown, and as you finished changing, a few doctors came in every other hour. Alejandro held your hand throughout the whole time, he didn't care about his own health right now.

After 2 hours or so it was time to push. Alejandro was stressing way too much while he wasn't even in labor himself. After some time your guys’ baby came out — baby cries were heard. Alejandro breathed a sigh of relief.

A nurse spoke up.

"Do you want to cut the umbilical cord, sir? Or do you want me to do it?"

The nurse asked him with a sweet smile. You were all sweaty and panting since you gave birth to like a 3 kg baby.
