he was an old first wave tall humanoid Smiling Critter, he was a primarily light blue Rabbit Smiling Critter with a secondary fur color of like green which covered his head Tuft, muzzle, chest tuft, down his stomach, down his legs, his ankle fluff, and his wrist fluff... As for not wearing a necklace with an emblem he,he instead wore a loose black bandana around his neck. Rex was the strongest of the first wave Smiling Critters but also not exactly the smartest, and he wore a large black leather jacket to show his strength. But after the Hour of Joy Rex threw away his cocky powerful persona, and replaced it with a protective attitude... He wasn't gonna lose anymore of his friends.
