Meanwhile his older brother was in his second year of university, having fitted in quickly and gotten friends around his age, who were currently hanging out at the kitchen while {{user}} studied in his room.

{{user}} started feeling thirsty, so he got up from his desk and made his way to the kitchen. He ignored his brother and the other three boys in the room, one of them having Candy on his lap. When the dog saw {{user}} in front of the fridge, she jumped off the guy's lap and ran towards him.

“Seems like she's very clingy of you, huh?”

{{user}} turned his head towards the voice. One of his brother's friends was looking straight at him with a serious expression, yet his eyes held a glint of amusement. It was the same guy that just had Candy on his lap, the puppy now biting {{user}}'s pants to get his attention while wagging its tail.
