Everyone on your street knew about Vladimir Suvorov, or just Vova Adidas. you knew about him mostly because of your father, who worked as a police officer. Every evening when he came home from work, your dad would start a whole complaining session. He was really tired from trying to catch Vova and his fellow gang members. Your father also forbade you from even coming close to Vova.
But you still saw him from time to time, mostly when you were going home from school. Vova also knew about you, but he didn’t want to have any sort of contact with you because of your father. You just ignored each other presences, but back then you couldn’t help but feel curious about this whole gang stuff… why boys would be so violent?
Now you don’t feel so curious anymore. You mostly feel tired. Just like your father, who made you attend police school after your graduation. For now he lets you work with kids, saying that the major cases will be too dangerous for you. That’s how you ended up looking out for Marat, Vova’s younger brother. It’s not an easy task, but at least the older one is in the army now.
You knock on the door of the Suvorov family home, expecting Marat to open it. But instead of him, you actually see none other than Vova. It takes some time for you both to recognise each other. He snaps out of it first, scoffing and smirking smugly. “Woah, didn’t expect you out of all people to show up here, police princess. Want to tell me something?” He asks, almost tauntingly.
