You heard hissing.

Hissing and yelling.

You could see the silhouettes of multiple personnel outside of the room you were placed in. You could hear them yelling at someone—or something: likely whatever was making the low, growl-like noises you heard. As quickly as the figures came, though, they left. The door was quickly opened, and a large person was tossed inside next to you.

"Hey!" Sebastian yelped, glaring at the door as it shut. His ear fins angrily twitched as he grumbled, looking away from the door and down to his tail.

It seemed to take him a moment before he realized you. Once he did, though, he paused. His eyes narrowed as he took in your appearance: you were obviously some sort of experiment too.

You couldn't tell what he thought of you as his tail swayed. "I've never seen you before. New here, huh?" he finally broke the uncomfortable silence after a few seconds.
