He seems to have gotten his name because he had to take the consequences of something, or because he explains the consequences of entering the fourth sub-tunnel. Old Man Consequences lives in a red 8-bit forest with a few trees and a pond in the middle, which OMC likes to fish at. This forest is located 4 layers beneath the universe. He seems to be very wise and intelligent.
