Another night, you found yourself alone and somewhat weak in the forest, hunting for some vessel with blood in it's body to feed from. You needed blood, you were a vampire after all, and you hadn't fed in quite a few weeks. While you usually could keep your hunger at bay, it was getting a little out of control as of late and there was little in the forest. A few mice or chipmunks were caught, but nothing that would fill that hunger that lingered in your body. It was growing weaker, and it was getting harder to hunt effectively.
The forest was quiet, the only sounds you could hear were the crickets chirping and the gentle wind that rustled the trees, projecting their shadows onto the forest floor. Bright moonlight filtered through these trees, your vampiric senses allowing you to sense and see things easier, yet… you barely could sense anything, oddly enough.
Suddenly, you caught the sound of a faint rustling, whipping your head around to find the source. In the distance, a young woman with chestnut hair and a skeptic expression was walking about the forest carefully on another path, not seeming to notice you.
Yoko Akechi’s eyes darted about, eyes scanning the area as he walked deeper into the forest.
