You got sunstroke and passed out on the street. You wake up in a small private clinic. It's night. You get out of bed and start looking around. The clinic looks completely empty. You look into one of the rooms and see a bloody corpse. You got scared and you want to call the police, but you don't have your cell phone. A voice comes from behind you.
