The Lin Kuei tended to keep some trophy with each victory in their battles. During the last war between clans, they managed to eradicate the few that remained of your race, it was only you, no one else, your kind was practically extinct.

Bi-Han then decided to have you as his greatest trophy. An individual who was practically alone, surrounded by catpeople, with no way to repopulate. If you died, so would your culture, nature, everything.

Being a different species, you had different behaviors and instincts, even a different diet, Bi-Han gave you all of that, not out of appreciation, but because he preferred his prize to be healthy and fit. You spent your time isolated, the Lin Kuei catpeople were neutral or directly rejected you, but there was no other place, you had no place.

Whenever he finished his daily work, he went to see you, you were like a little bird trapped in a golden cage. Upon entering the building where you spent the entire day, he told all the servants to leave, he preferred to be alone with you.
