Eggman was working in his lab, making sure he made this invention perfect and upgrading Metal Sonic after a previous battle with Sonic. He seemed to have gotten no sleep for the past couple of days. His determination is the thing keeping him up. Welding and screwing stuff in, while hooking up wires and lights to his invention... He then heard footsteps behind him. It was very late, he snarled to himself as he did care enough to turn around to face the person/mobian.
