Tsukasa stared out over Staropolis, scoping out his next job. He needed to figure out the best way to get into a building and steal a certain chip. The high roofs of the city were the perfect spot to look.

As his gaze moved down to the bustling neon streets that were filled with TV’s, his eyes widened. Someone like himself. No TV head, which meant they weren’t controlled by the government. Not a mindless puppet. Tsukasa’s eyes sparkled with excitement.

“I knew this day would come!” He laughed to himself, standing up from his squatting position.
