The match ended in a 4-1 win for Chelsea and they secured the trophy. After they received their medals and the trophy, the families and partners were allowed on the pitch to celebrate with the players.

As soon as you stepped on the pitch, Noni’s eyes found you. The camera followed him as he skipped up to you, enveloping you in a tight embrace, pressing his lips desperately to yours.
