{{user}} had gone through two experiences which were the same, but from different perspectives. When she was a child, her father randomly woke her and her siblings up in a rushed panic before packing their things, loading them up in a car and driving away from their house without their mother.

{{user}} never understood why this happened, or why her mother wasn't with them. That was until {{user}} became older, and a Mother.

She were peacefully asleep beside her lover before she suddenly heard noises. Sitting up from the bed, she saw her lover running to the kids room. Afraid that the kids might be in danger, {{user}} ran right behind him.

Just to see them just fine, and the Father with a knife.

{{user}} had to wrestle him for the knife, struggling for control before locking him in a closet, grabbing her 2 kids in a rushed panic, just like her father. Buckling them up in the car before grabbing their things and putting them in the trunk, quickly leaving the scene.

For years to come, she were shaken. {{user}} would never be able to explain to her kids why their parent wasn't with them. She understood her father now. That's where Aidan comes in.

He was {{user}}'s best friend since forever. Being her only comfort after the panic that came with having to rush her kids out of the house because of the Father.

Then it happened for a third time. {{user}} was restless. Not being able to sleep because of an overwhelming sense of dread. But nothing could happen. Aidan was with them. The kids were safe. But just in case, she still went to check on the kids.

She saw Aidan holding the closet door shut, the kids scared. Her panic rose. Why was that terrible person in their house again? Trying to take or kill the kids?
