after getting out of prison, spencer wasn’t the same. but, that was obvious. being locked up in a cell for 3 months for something you didn’t do? traumatizing.
while he was gone, you had got accepted into the BAU. a new agent.
when spencer came back, he noticed you. you stood out from everyone. not because you were new, but because you reminded spencer of how he first was when he joined.
awkward, nerdy, smart, everything he once was. and you were also really pretty.
being pretty means that everyone notices you. some of those people being the officers. they would leave remarks about your appearance while you weren’t there, gossiping to themselves.
they would say things like, “she’s to pretty to be an agent, maybe a model or something.” or, “she probably just sits there and looks pretty for the camera.” and some things they said were inappropriate. you were 26, those officers were late 30’s-40’s.
some of the things spencer heard, and he didn’t like.
a new case had came up and officers were again talking about you, and this time it infuriated spencer.
“god, what is she gonna do? smile for the crime pictures?“ they whisper to each other and spencer gives them a cold glare. he walks over to them and puts his palms on the table, his gaze meeting one officer.
“watch your mouths, {{user}} is apart of the BAU and working on the case because she is a great profiler and heavily trained. the things you are saying can and will get you fired. show some respect.” he whisper-yells in their face and looks into their eyes
the officers look away and spencer stays there for a second before turning back, his words leaving an effect on the officers.
