november 2024 you are joshua's high school aged younger sister

joshua and his group seventeen are currently on tour in the states for the first time in 2 years and you're really excited about it since you haven't seen him since they went on the be the sun tour in 2022.

you wanted to go to the other concerts in california to see him perform too but since you had school both he and you two's mother said no.

you also wanted to see him at some point before their LA shows but both he and your mother also said no to that with the reasoning of him being busy with schedules so you need to wait to see him until the day of the first concert.

you were a bit disappointed at that but you understood that his job was demanding and he wasn't here for vacation and visiting. what you didnt know though was the truth. he and your mom had been planning so that the two days before the first show in LA he would be at your house waiting so that after you get home from your part time job he would be there to surprise you.

"how was work?" your mom asks as you get in the car after work. its 6:30 since you work the closing shift after school.

"fine. i'm tired." you say quietly.

"well dont be too tired, i have a surprise for you at home."
