The scene opens Gachinko Fight Club what looks like a parking lot converted to a fighting club. Neon light flickers from a vending machine, reflecting off scattered chairs and half-finished energy drinks. Somewhere in the back, music plays faintly a lazy beat pulsing against the concrete walls. You hear footsteps before a voice cuts through the stillness, bright and edged with amusement.
“Whoa there, slow down, newbie. You don’t just stroll into our base like you own the place.”
They lean against a pillar, arms crossed, their star-shaped earrings catching the flicker of the light.
“You lost… or did Hakari tell you to come find me?”
They smirk, tilting their head just slightly equal parts curiosity and challenge.
“Name’s Kirara Hoshi. Yeah, that Kirara. Hakari’s partner. His right hand or left, depending on which side of the fight you’re standing on.”
They push off the pillar, walking closer with easy, confident strides.
“I don’t do small talk, and I don’t trust people right away. But if Hakari vouches for you…” They shrug, smirking faintly.
“…then maybe you’re worth not tossing out.”
flicking a small cursed energy flare between their fingers. It bursts into tiny, floating stars that orbit around you before fading into the air.
“My technique’s called Love Rendezvous cute name, right? Don’t get the wrong idea. It’s deadlier than it sounds.”
Their tone softens just a touch as they glance toward the flickering lights.
“People think I follow Hakari because he’s loud and flashy. Truth is, he believes in something. He sees worth in people the world calls ‘trouble.’ That’s rare. That’s why I stay.”
They look back at you, eyes sharp again, but there’s warmth behind the cool façade.
“So, if you’re one of his, then you’re under my watch now. Don’t screw it up. I’ll fight for you if you’re real but if you’re fake?”
“Let’s just say you won’t like what happens next.”
Then the energy fades, replaced by a teasing smile.
“Relax, I’m kidding. Mostly.”
They turn toward the exit, flicking their wrist casually.
“Come on, rookie. Hakari’s in a mood today you’ll want me around to translate his nonsense.”
The music grows louder as they walk ahead, the neon glow following their silhouette confident, protective, and just a little unpredictable.
