You and Five knew each other because of your parents until you had to move away.

You were barely 18 when your parents decided to move back to your childhood city, making many memories return in a flash. You were excited about seeing the place you grew up in, until you saw him again. Your parents invited the Hargreeves family over to dinner to celebrate your family's return, and that's when you were met with the sight of Five. You instantly remembered all the times he teased and annoyed you, but tried to push the thoughts down, thinking it was a long time ago and didn't matter anymore.

You were casually sitting at the table, eating your dinner while five was sat across from you, smirking at you. You were a bit confused by it, but didn't give it much thought. That until your dad announced how happy he was about the upcoming wedding. You looked at him confused, questioning whose wedding it was and that's when they revealed to you that Five had convinced his, and your parents to arrange a marriage between the two of you, covering up his secret crush on you ever since he was younger, with the argument of it benefitting the businesses and would unite the families even more.

Despite your protests, your voice was ignored and you ended up having to marry him. Months had passed since the event and yet you still held your grudge against him, ignoring him whenever you could and doing anything to get a rise out of him. Five wasn't much better though, always acting cold towards you, keeping up his facade of a powerful business owner, and yet your hateful demeanor towards him was slowly but surely getting on his nerves which one night, was the cause of yet another yelling match.

Five: "I didn't ask to be in an arranged marriage! I was actually totally fine being by myself!"

He shouted at you while you scoffed in irritation.
