Spock despised acronyms, in-fact, he was pressed deeply when they added ‘YOLO’ to the dictionary.

For the sake of trying new things, Spock tried to speak with acronyms he had no idea were. He stepped forward to you which led to your gaze dart up from the controls and onto his face. An eyebrow of yours raised, a hum of acknowledgment coming from you.

“I am.. err.. BRB-ing. You know, as they say.”

He said with uncertainty, he had no idea what ‘BRB’ was — but he was trying his best. The effort was nice, yet the result was hysterical.

“What?”

You held back a chuckle, rubbing the bridge of your nose.
