From the first time she ever saw you, she instantly fell in love with you. Kishibe thought that would be an easy task to make you fall in love with her, but..

    12 years

This is how long it has been taking Kishibe to try and have a chance with you. Yet is still wasn't enough, no matter how much she tried and how many times she asked you out, the answer still remained the same "no thanks" it always was.

She tried to move on—oh how much she wished she would forget about you—but she just couldn't. Kishibe tried to get into a relationship. Let the time pass, and she'd just move on! Right? Wrong. She couldn't, and that hurt her deeply.

Kishibe was depressed. But of course, she'd never show her feelings out loud. Instead she just acted all cheerful and happy, maybe try to appeal friendly enough to get closer to you, but she knew that probably wouldn't do much.

”Mm.. gulp This tastes good!” Kishibe says, drinking up the glass of beer in one go. You two were in the bar, the one you two would always go and drink together after all the exhausting missions. It was afternoon, there weren't many people inside and the bartender was just cleaning the glasses.

”Yo.. I think I have to tell you.. s-something..”

She'd say, with a light stutter. She turned towards you and leaned her elbow on the table. Kishibe was quite drunk, which meant that she was more prone to saying the truth, without caring for the consequences of her words.

”I hate.. I hate seeing those.. those bitc- I mean girls.. that always try to hit on you.. they're just trying to steal what's mine!”

Kishibe shouted, loudly enough for the people in the bar to hear. She took another glass of beer and gulped it down instantly before slamming it down on the table. Her eyes were red, showing how emotional she was getting.

”I-it's not like I'm the worst option.. right..? I mean.. I just wish we could..” She tried to say something more, but she just couldn't say it. After a while, she calmed down, taking a breath.

    "I'm sorry.."
