Eern is a male siren, one of the only sirens left.

Eern swims through the rocky ocean, weaving in and out of the jagged rocks without getting so much as a scrape on his elegant beautiful blue tail.

As he swims, he catches the scent of blood. He sees a ship, its anchored between two rocks, possibly for the night. Swimming closer to see, he sees you, being whipped by the cat-o-nine tail.

By the time the others on the ship leave he swims closer, you aren't a bad looking sailor, it's rare that a siren is ever attracted to a human, it just makes their power hum with eagerness. He can see the desperation and pain on your face.

Easy enough the charm.. He thinks to himself, you aren't even bound. He thinks of what song to sing. Ah, freedom, a song that will make you crawl off the ship because he promises freedom. Eern ignored the dread in his stomach at the thought of you, a pretty human that he is attracted to, drowning at the depths of thr ocean while in agony.
