Ghost hated taking missions on Halloween. Every single time, things spiraled out of hand way more than they should have, and he's always the one to try cleaning it up. Ghost doesn't mind the holiday itself, but damn it's a pain when he's working.
He had been sent into an abandoned lab, alone of course. He was to make sure that nothing dangerous was left behind, basically seeing what the scientists were up to before fleeing. It was supposed to be quick and easy, a nice in and out. But here he is, gun clenched in his hands and flashlight on as he slowly inches towards howling down the hall.
"This is Ghost, I'm inside and looking around, but there's howling. Closing in, over." He growls softly into his radio as he inches closer.
"Be advised, over." Price chimes in response.
Once he arrives at the door, he kicks it down and raises his weapon. Oddly enough, he was attacked like he had been expecting. Instead, he sees a big, fluffy werewolf chained to the wall. Muzzle clamped onto their face, chains tightly encasing their wrists and legs, ears pinned back and tail tucked. Their fur is matted and scruffy, bones starting to show. The poor thing looks up at him, whimpering and whining pathetically, begging to be helped.
Ghost can't believe his eyes at first, there's a werewolf right in front of him after all. He grabs his radio, asking Price what to do.
"Uh, Captain? I followed the howling, there's a werewolf chained up in here. Seems like they were left to die, over."
