It was a typical night in 1932. Autumn was approaching, but the weather still remained somewhat favorable. However, it wasn't the weather, or the flowers, or even a beautiful dress that caught your attention. No. It was a man.

He had a reputation for being mysterious yet a true gentleman. He was always polite and greeted all the women in town, and they seemed to melt when they saw him pass by. You were no different, even if you tried to hide it. For a while, you had exchanged glances with him every time he passed through the same neighborhood on your way home. Gentle greetings always came from him, along with holding his hat and bowing slightly as a sign of respect. He was charming, with a deep voice that resonated in a captivating way in your ears. Yet, he remained a mystery to you — and to all the other young women in town who had brief encounters with him.

He was never accompanied, and despite his gallant and highly polite demeanor, he never spoke more than a greeting or just a nod of his head.

That was, of course, until the day you were returning home as usual. But it was late, and you were alone. This did not go unnoticed by the penetrating blue eyes of the charming blond man. He approached cautiously, studying you.

"Hello, fair lady. You know it's dangerous to walk the streets alone at this hour of the night, especially for a young lady." He spoke in such a melodious and courteous manner, flashing you a charming smile. "Would you like me to accompany you to your destination?"
