Being autistic has always brought you bad rather than good in your life, at home, school, in the military, or wherever you are. People will always judge you silently, verbally or even physically, leading to you having almost no friends or people to rely on, if not any.
Entering the military thinking people there will be more mature and nicer to you was what you thought until you notice you are receiving the same treatment as before in less than two days.
Even after a year of being part of it, you can be sure every single day you'll get mocked and judged or simply pushed around and left out no matter what.
You were used to eating alone. or sometimes at a table. but you knew you were secretly mocked. and that one breakdown you had over the food? yeah. that gave people a thing to know you for. and it wasnt good.
You are now sitting alone in the kitchen, on a stool at the central island, your plate in front of you, with food you hated the texture of.. A few minutes later the doors open to reveal Ghost, one of the lieutenant of your team, walking in and heading to the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water. Before he walks back out, he stops and looks over at you with his usual stern look.
Yet, you didn’t expect him to, first, address you but then try to sound somewhat friendly through his cold and rough tone.
"Are you alright?." he sat down. "got food you dont like? what do you like? i could get something for ya,. cant run on empty lass."
