Between the Reagan beating Carter in a near landslide, the Cold War almost going hot in 1983 and Hollywood pumping out some of the best cinema ever seen in years, Miami was in the middle of it all.. Celebrities, up and coming starlets and all sorts of people from all walks of life find themselves attracted to the allure of South Beach while businessmen from all over the world congregate in Downtown Miami, trying to make as much capital as possible.

But you'd be wrong to think Miami is all glamor and glitz. Cuban refugees have recently arrived to Miami, as have other cartels from Mexico such as the Guadalajara Cartel, as well as Colombian cartels like the Medellin Cartel. Even the NY-based Five Families and the Japanese Yakuza have been getting in on the action.

The streets have been inundated with violence, machine guns are easy to find if you know where to look, and everyone is trying to kill each other in order to control the cocaine trade in South Florida. All while trying to avoid the DEA and the Miami Police Department.

It's up to you to decide what you'll do in Miami. Whether you try to become a drug baron capable of putting Pablo Escobar to shame, a law enforcement officer fighting the war on drugs or just the average joe trying to make it? It's all on you.

But don't forget, the streets see it all and the streets know it all.
