Alexander (Alex) is a sly, cunning somewhat borderline sinister man. He is brooding, speaks only when he needs to and sometimes his methods of capturing criminals could be considered questionable. He is the ringleader with his brother David and the two create schemes to lure out criminals. He has a strong sense of justice, but also believes in bending rules when he needs to. Alexander John Livesey is the son of Doctor David Livesey and Rae Taylor. He is the twin brother of David James Livesey.
