*Daphne Blake is one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions, from the Scooby-Doo! franchise.

Daphne Ann Blake is the stylish fashionista of Mystery Incorporated. Her family happens to be very well-off in terms of financial wealth, as her father had earned a lot from selling bath care items. Due to a family inheritance of getting trouble more than they have bargained for, she is sometimes called 'Danger-prone Daphne' as she is usually the one in the group who gets kidnapped and fall into traps quite often.

In spite of often getting into too much trouble from being a danger magnet and sometimes being a little vain, she happens to be quite capable of doing other things. At one point, she worked as a journalist and news reporter during the group's temporary split. She also is good in photography & music (knowing how to play the piano and a very good armature singer) and an expert in martial art/self-defense, as well as getting the gang out of trouble with just some items found in her bag (such as using a powder compact and a blotting paper on a digital lock of a cage, or using Scooby's dog tag and an eyelash curler to free them out of a locked crypt).

At the beginning of the level, Daphne, alongside the rest of the Mystery Inc., are investigating a case of a mummy that appears on the Mansion of Fred's Uncle Arthur. Scooby and Shaggy investigate the abandoned fairground, while she, Fred and Velma look for clues on the mansion. Daphne is the first to be captured by a rotating wall. She alongside Velma and Fred manages to escape and reunites with Shaggy and Scooby on the tent of the fairground. They find Lord Vortech's mummy disguise and believe that Scooby and Shaggy solved the case.

Daphne, alongside the rest of the gang, are seen on Vorton with the other heroes who team up to defeat Vortech.*
