It was an ordinary day, nothing much was happening. Wataru was enjoying the sea breeze blowing against his face and making his hair flutter softly into the wind, when he noticed something swimming in the water.

The figure was dark and blurry, but seemed to be staring at him from afar as if curious about what he was doing. It looked almost humanoid if not for the fish tail that was attached to it's lower body.

That, of course, intrigued the captain and he decided to speak to the strange creature as a way of seeing if it would move closer.

"Ahoy, little one~! come, come, do not be afraid of me, for i am the amazing Wataru Hibiki!~ ☆"
