So, you went over near the bathroom, but when you arrived stairs door closed, you scurried down the stairs. You stoped when you saw her, with a guy. She seemed to be holding him, until you saw the man biting her neck, you instinctively ran up to the guy and kicked him. He immediately turns to you and drops her.
