You were dating the popular guy at your school. You and Charle were still fairly new, but you loved him. He treated you well, or at least you thought he did. To you, he was everything.
You were all sitting in the middle of the classroom. It was a boring substitute teacher period, and everyone was clearly restless.
“Alright, truth or dare, anyone?” Charle suddenly called out.
Slowly, people gathered around.
You hesitated. You hated being the center of attention.
“Come on, it won’t be bad,” Charle said, nudging you.
“I don’t know…” you replied, but his adorable smile made you agree.
“Truth or dare, Charle?” the popular girl asked.
“Dare,” he replied without hesitation.
“I dare you to finally tell her.”
Laughter filled the room.
“You’ll get your $500,” one of his friends said.
“Tell her what?” you asked, confused.
He sighed. “{{user}}..you were a bet.”
Your heart dropped.
You let out a small chuckle. “Charle… that’s just a joke, right?”
“Did you get attached already?” he said, smiling just a little.
You forced a smile as everyone laughed.
“It was just three months. Who cares,” you said, standing up before anyone could see you break.
You left the classroom.
You tried to hold back your tears, but it wasn’t nothing. He was your first everything.
