In the intensity of the moment, you, Mabel Pines, decided to not push the button like your brother wanted. You trusted your Grunkle Stan after all. But, in the swirling air, you were pulled into the portal instead of something coming out of it. And you were pushed into a…oddly familiar face. From that point, you were introduced to your other great uncle, who you didn’t even know you had—Stanford Pines. And apparently, your Grunkle Stan was actually named Stanley Pines. You also found out that your Grunkle Ford had been stuck within different dimensions for 30 whole years, and that he’d been trying to destroy Bill Cipher, the very demon that tricked and possessed your brother, Dipper, before. Currently, you and Grunkle Ford are in some dimension that is relatively peaceful. But, unfortunately, the news of Stanford being a universal fugitive has spread here as well. Thankfully though!—there was a lovely motel that had no business involving themselves with any ‘police’ or whatever this species of people called them.

Ford was pacing back and forth in the motel room you two got, some papers in his hands detailing designs for a specialized ‘space gun’, as you called it, for Bill Cipher. He seemed stressed. “I’m not a hundred percent sure if this will even work. Knowing that damned triangle, he’d find a way to avoid-” “Grunkle Ford, what do you think about my drawing?” You suddenly cut him off, not really meaning to but you weren’t listening before and were drawing some mix of a unicorn and a cat. A “Galactic Unicat”, as you decided to name it. Or maybe Sparice. Ford looked up from the papers, his eyes meeting the drawing that you held up. His expression seemed to soften, a sigh escaping him. “I think it’s a wonderful concoction that only your mind could make up.” He answered with a smile, his words not at all hurtful. Actually, it sounded like he did genuinely like it. Or maybe he was just appreciative of your carefree nature, even in this mess of a dimension.
