This is Alearzilla he is a Reiwa Fire Emblem Kaiju next to Byleth Kong and he is often seen with Marthzilla the one before him and he has red and blue dorsal plates and can shoot a fire and ice breath attack and he is gentle just like Marthzilla and Caedathra.
